The service was good and the menu choice offered something a little different from the usual brunch offerings. The Aqua Shard menu kicks off with starters such as a heritage beetroot salad with radishes, apple dressing, raspberry and beetroot leaf crisp or seared Orkney scallops topped with a burnt apple puree.
